Salary Survey

How much are you worth?

Rumors abound.  An ageing workforce and new plant additions reportedly are driving up salaries in the electric power industry.

Are you being left behind?  Is there an opportunity to increase your paycheck with a well-timed move? Where in the country are salaries the highest?  What positions pay the most?  What type of incentive bonus can you expect?  These are only a few of the questions that pop into mind when you think about how to improve your family’s standard of living.

Managing expectations is particularly important in a job search.  You cannot assume that because one person made a very rewarding job change that you will too.  Get vital information needed for decision-making by participating in the accompanying salary survey.  It was developed especially for the gas-turbine-based sector of the electric power industry by the editors of the COMBINED CYCLE Journal and the leadership committee of the CTOTF.

Please encourage your co-workers to participate: The more data, the higher the confidence in the conclusions drawn.
