With over 28 years of electric power industry experience, Ray deBerge currently serves as Manager, CTG & Renewable  Operations for Ameren Missouri, a St. Louis, MO based electric and gas utility. In this role, Ray and his staff provide Operations & Maintenance oversight to 16 plant locations throughout Missouri and Illinois, representing over 3000 Megawatts of electric generation, including solar and Land Fill Gas (trash to energy) applications.

In addition to holding a Bachelor's Degree in Energy Technology and a minor in Electric Power, with emphasis in Electronic Design and Electrical Mechanics, Ray is an accredited PMI Project Management Professional. Ray's previous roles of responsibility have centered upon operational, maintenance, and engineering management themes including Technical Support Manager, Plant Manager, Substation Construction and Maintenance Supervision, Project Management, and Protective Relaying and Control System Support.

Ray currently serves as Executive Vice Chairman, Power Systems and has previously served as Executive Vice Chairman, Program Administration as well as Roundtable Chairman and Vice Chairman within the CTOTF.

In addition to a fully engaged work schedule, Ray enjoys photography, camping, classic cars, motorcycling, collectible picking, and travel. Ray is a proud father of three, and  is very proud to enjoy three grandchildren.

Position Objective:  To provide leadership and strategic direction by creating and administering organizational and roundtable support programs that promote growth and stability to the CTOTF™ organization and provide incremental value to the User community.

The Power Systems' Roundtables, comprised of Industry Issues, O&M and Business Practices, Combined Cycle, Gen-EI&C and Regulatory & Compliance, are provided for CTOTF™Member Users, to exchange information towards resolving problems, issues and concerns, pertaining to those components, systems and processes necessary towards the operation of a combustion turbine electric power generating plant.
