Jennifer earned a BS in Environmental Science from Stockton University in 2014.

Jennifer started her career with NAES corporation as an environmental analyst assisting environmental scientists with all aspects of compliance for their fleet of over 120 power plants. Wanting to get both on-site and commissioning experience, Jennifer took the position of EHS Coordinator with ODEC in 2015. She worked through the start-up and commissioning of the 1000 megawatt combined cycle Wildcat Point Generation Facility and now is responsible for environmental, health, and safety for the site.

Jennifer has been serving the CTOTF™ since the Fall of 2017 as the Vice Chair for the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable.

Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable and to assist the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable Chair in planning and conducting the O&M and Business Practices Roundtable.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information towards the resolution of problems, issues and concerns, relevant to a plant's Operations, Maintenance and Business Practices.

Discussion topics for this Roundtable include: Operations Practices, Maintenance Practices, Outage Management, Plant Configurations, Equipment and Personnel Safety, Power and Strategic Planning, and Service Contracts.
