Roger works for Consolidated Asset Management Services (CAMS) as the plant manager at the Lea Power Partners Hobbs Generating Station, a 2 x 1 combined cycle power plant with 2 Mitsubishi 501F and a GE D11 steam turbine.

He has been at the Hobbs Generating Station since 2007 and has held a CWI certification since 2004.

Roger has been working in the power industry for over 15 years, with experience in plant construction, plant startups, plant operation and plant maintenance.

Roger assumed the duties and responsibilities as the CTOTFTM’s Combined Cycle Roundtable Chair in the fall of 2013.
Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Combined Cycle Roundtable.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information regarding issues and concerns, affecting Steam System Components typically associated with Combined Cycle plants.

Discussion topics for this Roundtable include: Steam Turbines, Auxiliaries, Heat Recovery Steam Generators, Boilers, Chemistry, Cooling Towers and Balance of Plant Systems.
