Kyle started his career with Teledyne Monitor Labs in the late 90’s as a DAHS programmer, during which time he tailored DAHS systems to meet customer regulatory requirements, completed field installations and upgrades, and developed software tools.

In 2010 Kyle transitioned to plant side with Colorado Energy Management starting at the Malburg Generating Station in Los Angeles, where he managed compliance and permitting for all environmental systems, moving to corporate lead in 2013.

In 2016 Kyle transitioned to Environmental Manager for Heorot Power Management (formerly Colorado Energy), where he has been involved with compliance, permitting and policy for the Heorot fleet, as well as analytical assessment for capital projects and new acquisitions.

In Spring 2017, Kyle accepted the responsibilities of the Vice Chair of the Environmental Systems Roundtable.

Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Environmental Systems (Air & Water) Roundtable and to plan and conduct the Spring and Fall Environmental Systems Roundtable.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information regarding issues and concerns, affecting components typically associated with Air and Water Environmental Systems.

Discussion topics for this forum include: Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems, Water Treatment and Waste Systems and Emissions.
