Michael Williams is the current Operations Manager at Panda Stonewall Power Station in Leesburg, VA. He provides leadership and supervision in the start-up, shutdown, operation, and maintenance of a Zero Liquid Discharge Combined Cycle facility ensuring the highest level of safety to personnel and equipment, certifying that the facility maintains compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Williams has held multiple Manager and Supervisor positions in plant operations and maintenance with Siemens 501FD2, F5 and F5ee power blocks.

Michael assumed the responsibilities of the 501 Frame Roundtable Vice Chair in the fall of 2018.

Position Objective: To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Mitsubishi fleet of combustion turbines and to assist the Mitsubishi Roundtable Chair in planning and conducting the Mitsubishi Combustion Turbine Users Roundtable.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information towards resolving problems, issues and concerns, pertaining to the Mitsubishi fleet of combustion turbines.

Discussion topics for this Roundtable include: Centerline Equipment and Components, Ancillary Systems, Inlets, Exhausts, Controls and Protection, Inlet Air Conditioning and Performance Testing.
