Bruce has 39 years of experience working in the power industry where he has held various positions in operations, maintenance and management at steam, combustion turbine and wind power plants.

His current responsibilities include the management of two combustion turbine plants, the Rokeby Generating Station and the J Street Station that utilize  an Alstom/ABB 11N1 and an 11NM, a GE 7B and a Siemens/Westinghouse 251B turbine all of which are operating in simple cycle mode providing peaking services.

Bruce has previously served CTOTF as the Vice Chair of the Alstom Roundtable and in the fall of 2013 he accepted the duties and responsibilities of the Alstom Roundtable Chair. In Fall 2017, he also accepted the duties of the GE Roundtables Senior Chair.

Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the General Electric fleet of large frame combustion turbines.

These General Electric, E, EA, F, FA and Legacy Class, Roundtables are provided for Member Users, to exchange information towards resolving problems, issues and concerns, pertaining to the General Electric fleets of large frame combustion turbines.

Discussion topics for these Roundtables include: Centerline Equipment and Components, Ancillary Equipment, Inlets, Exhausts, Controls and Protection, Inlet Air Conditioning and Performance Testing of these systems.
