STATIONARY or ROTATING COMPONENT INSPECTION PRICING
BY 10%!
We
at
ATS pride ourselves on
being a cutting edge industrial gas and steam turbine, stationary
and rotating component inspection company for all gas and steam
turbine and electric generator OEM models and frame sizes, that develops and offers inspection services
that

Frame 5, Frame 7EA and 7FA S-0, S-1, S-2 stator vanes to
detect cracking that has lead to stator vane failures on
numerous gas turbines.
• R-0 and R-1 phased array ultrasonics
on the 7FA rotor blades to detect cracking on the P-Cut
and Standard Compressor Blades. We have identified
cracked standard R-0 blades on 30% of the units
inspected.

ATS inspection
services have been utilized, extensively by major companies of the
gas and steam turbine electric power generation industry, for baseline inspections, outage
planning, pre-commissioning, post-overhaul, unit troubleshooting and
warranty inspections of their stationary and rotating
components.
ATS inspectors have been inspecting combustion
turbines for utilities since 1993. We carry American Society for

Young
& Franklin Inc. and its subsidiary,
Tactair Fluid Controls Inc.,
are manufacturers of controls used by the land-based turbine,
aircraft, defense and oil industries. The company, founded in 1918,
is privately owned and is located in Liverpool, a suburb of
Syracuse, New York.
Since the 1950's,
Y&F has been the original
source of robust precision hydraulic controls to the land-based gas
turbine industry. We continue to manufacture a broad range of
products for GE Energy (including Nuovo Pignone and Energy Products
Europe), Solar Turbines, Pratt & Whitney and others around the
world.
Building on our knowledge and experience in
the turbine control, we have developed a line of electromechanical,
electrohydrostatic and voice coil products to complement our
hydraulic offerings. The company offers a complete product line to
support:
-
Actuation for
hydraulic or electric control on OEM turbines
-
Field upgrades to
fully electronic turbine control
-
Maintenance and
overhaul of existing units
For over fifty years, customers like GE
Energy, Solar Gas Turbines and Pratt & Whitney have trusted
Y&F
products on more than 10,000 land-based gas turbines worldwide,
including fourteen IGCC projects. During the last decade we have
applied our technical expertise to precision controls for steam
turbines. These products are designed and manufactured with the same
integrity found in our products for the gas turbine market.
Our continuous investment in R&D has yielded
new actuation products using the latest in electromechanical (EMA),
electrohydrostatic (EHA) and voice coil technologies. Combined with
our extensive hydraulic experience, these advanced offerings
guarantee the right solution for your turbine fuel control.
Young & Franklin supports its
product worldwide from our Liverpool, New York facility in the
